Assembly station for OEM night vision cameras used in luxury automobiles. The system was required to clean the part with high velocity ionized air (left station). The station then accepts various parts, verifies correct orientation and identifies a successful assembly was completed. All processes are monitored by a PLC using ladder logic control functions.
Automated unit for the assembly of medical devices. The station would accept parts, apply glue, put them together and roll them to ensure even application of the glue. It would then continue rolling and cure it using a UV light.
Custom cryogenic sub-system for the development of infrared detector. Designed and fabricated by ITK per customer requirements for a project included complete with analytical calculations to determine the selection of purchase components and the proper design of machined parts.
